25 Restraining orders over unclaimed tainted property— (1) The DPP may apply to a relevant court for a restraining order over unclaimed tainted property. (a) that the application is for an unclaimed tainted property restraining order; (b) the property sought to be restrained. (3) The application must be supported by an affidavit under section 28 (Restraining orders over unclaimed tainted property—affidavit supporting application). (4) An application for an unclaimed tainted property restraining order must be made only in relation to unclaimed tainted property (but may be made at the same time as an application for a restraining order over other property).
