223 Providing documents after execution of search warrant Documents are taken to have been seized under a search warrant if— (a) the documents were at, or accessible from, the premises of a financial institution when a search warrant in relation to the premises was executed; and (b) the documents could not be found at that time; and (c) the financial institution provides them to the executing police officer as soon as practicable after the execution of the warrant.
