205 Unsigned warrants by telephone or other electronic means in court proceedings (a) it is material, in any proceeding, for a court to be satisfied that the exercise of a power under a search warrant issued under this division was properly authorised; and (b) the form of search warrant signed by the issuing officer is not produced in evidence. (2) The court must assume that the exercise of the power was not properly authorised unless the contrary is proved.
