194 Information orders—protection of complying financial institutions (1) This section applies to a financial institution, and to an officer, employee or agent of the institution, if— (a) the institution complies with an information order; and (b) information given under the order relates to a money laundering (2) The institution or person is taken not to have been at any time in possession of the information given under the order.
