190 Destruction etc of documents
(a) the person is given—
(i) a production order for a property-tracking document; or
(ii) an examination notice that requires the person to produce
a document at an examination; and
(b) the person intentionally destroys, damages, changes or
otherwise interferes with the document.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or
(a) the person is given—
(i) a production order for a property-tracking document; or
(ii) an examination notice that requires the person to produce
a document at an examination; and
(b) the person destroys, damages, changes or otherwise interferes
with the document.
(3) An offence against subsection (2) a strict liability offence.
(4) An offence against subsection (2) is declared to be a relevant offence.
