181 Obstruction etc of authorised investigator
(a) the person knows that, or is reckless about the fact that, a person
is an authorised investigator; and
(b) the person obstructs, hinders, intimidates or resists the
investigator in the exercise of the investigator’s functions.
(2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1) (b).
