175 Requirements made of person examined
(1) A person to whom an examination notice applies may be examined
on oath or affirmation by the authorised investigator.
Note For the taking of an oath or the making of an affirmation, see the Oaths
and Affirmations Act 1984.
(2) For subsection (1), the authorised investigator may—
(a) require the person either to take an oath or make an affirmation;
and
(b) administer an oath or affirmation to the person.
(3) The authorised investigator may require the person to answer a
question that is put to the person at the examination.
