172 Examination notices—giving
(1) An authorised investigator may give an examination notice to a
person who is subject to an examination order for the investigation
authorised by the order.
(2) The examination notice is a non-disclosable examination notice if the
relevant court that made the examination order to which the notice
relates declared that the examination order is a non-disclosable
examination order.
(3) To remove any doubt, an authorised investigator may give 2 or more
examination notices in relation to the same investigation to the same
person.
