170 Examination order proceedings—restrictions on (1) On application by the applicant authorised investigator, a relevant court hearing an application for an examination order may declare that the order is a non-disclosable examination order. (2) In deciding whether to make a declaration under subsection (1), the court must have regard to whether the declaration— deciding whether to make a declaration under subsection (1).
