158 Production orders—application (1) A police officer may apply to a relevant court for a production order. grounds for suspecting that— (a) someone has committed a relevant offence; and (b) the person against whom the order is sought has possession or control of a property-tracking document in relation to the Note Relevant offence includes an offence against the law of the Commonwealth, a State or another Territory that may be dealt with under a law of the Commonwealth, the State or the other Territory as an indictable offence (see s 13 (2)).
