141 Interstate restraining and forfeiture orders etc—
cancellation of registration
(1) The registration of an interstate restraining order, interstate automatic
forfeiture decision, interstate forfeiture order or interstate
unexplained wealth order may be cancelled by a relevant court, or an
officer of a relevant court prescribed by regulation, if—
(a) the registration was improperly obtained; or
(b) details of any amendment of the order or decision, or any
direction of the entity that made the order or decision, was not
given to the relevant court in accordance with the procedure of
the court.
(2) The registration of an interstate restraining order, interstate automatic
forfeiture decision, interstate forfeiture order or interstate
unexplained wealth order, or an amendment of such an order or
decision, may be cancelled by a relevant court, to the extent that the
order or decision, or the order or decision as amended, cannot be
enforced in the ACT.
