139 Interstate restraining and forfeiture orders etc—effect of
(1) For this Act, a registered interstate restraining order is taken to be a
restraining order under this Act.
(2) For this Act, a registered interstate automatic forfeiture decision is
taken to be an automatic forfeiture under division 5.2 (Automatic
forfeiture—conviction for serious offences).
(3) For this Act, a registered interstate civil forfeiture order is taken to be
a civil forfeiture order under this Act.
(4) For this Act, a registered interstate conviction forfeiture order is taken
to be a conviction forfeiture order under this Act.
(5) For this Act, a registered interstate unexplained wealth order is taken
to be an unexplained wealth order under this Act.
(6) An amendment of a registered interstate order or decision mentioned
in this section has effect for this Act only if it is registered under this
part.
