138 Interstate restraining and forfeiture orders etc—interim
(1) This section applies to an electronic copy of an authenticated
interstate restraining order, interstate automatic forfeiture decision,
interstate forfeiture order, interstate unexplained wealth order or of
an authenticated copy of any amendment of such an order or decision.
(2) If the electronic copy is certified in accordance with the procedure of
a relevant court, it is taken, for this Act, to be an authenticated copy
of the order, decision or amendment.
(3) However, if the order, decision or amendment is registered in the
relevant court using the electronic copy, the registration ceases to
have effect at the end of 5 days after the day of registration, or when
an authenticated copy of the order, decision or amendment is
registered, whichever happens first.

document:
(a) a faxed copy;
(b) an emailed copy;
(c) a scanned copy.
