135I Payment period (1) If an amount is payable to the Commonwealth or a State under this division, the Minister must ensure that the amount is paid to the Commonwealth or State before the end of— (a) the payment period; or (b) if paragraph (a) does not apply—the period prescribed by regulation. payment period—see the NCSUW agreement.
