132 Purposes of trust fund
(1) The trust fund may be used to make payments from reserved funds
for the following purposes:
(a) payments under return or compensation orders;
(b) payments of compensation under the Criminal Code,
section 378 (Unlawful possession offence—return of or
compensation for forfeited property);
(c) if property in the possession or control of the public trustee and
guardian is returned, or compensation paid for property that has
been under the control of the public trustee and guardian, under
a return or compensation order—any costs, charges or expenses
deducted by the public trustee and guardian in relation to the
property;
(d) the annual management fee prescribed by regulation for the
public trustee and guardian;
(e) other costs, charges or expenses of the public trustee and
guardian in relation to the exercise of functions under this Act;
(f) payments under the equitable sharing program;
(g) payments by the Territory under the national cooperative
scheme.
(2) The trust fund may be used to make payments from distributable
funds in accordance with section 134 (2) (Distribution of surplus
funds).
