128 Definitions—div 10.2 distributable funds means money in the trust fund that is— (a) designated as distributable funds by regulation; or (b) declared under section 135 (4) (Review of reserved and distributable funds by public trustee and guardian) to be distributable funds. equitable sharing program—see section 129. reserved funds means money in the trust fund that is— (a) designated as reserved funds by regulation; or (b) declared under section 135 (2) to be reserved funds.
