11C Meaning of serious criminal activity
serious criminal activity means conduct by any person which, at the
time of the conduct, was a serious offence.
(2) To remove any doubt, conduct is serious criminal activity—
(a) whether or not charges for a serious offence have been laid
against a person for the conduct; or
(b) if charges for a serious offence have been laid against a person—
whether or not the person—
(i) has been tried for the offence; or
(ii) has been acquitted, found guilty or convicted of the
offences; or
(iii) has had a conviction for the offences quashed.
