115 Inconsistency with Trustee Act or Conveyancing Act
(1) This section applies if there is an inconsistency between—
(a) this division or a court order under this division; and
(b) the Trustee Act 1925 or the Civil Law (Property) Act 2006,
division 2.4.1 (Dispositions on trust for sale or with power of
sale).
(2) If this section applies, this division or the court order overrides the
legislation mentioned in subsection (1) (b), to the extent of the
inconsistency.
