114 Application of div 9.4 to jointly owned property (1) This division applies to jointly owned property if the property, or an interest in the property, is forfeited under this Act. Note 1 A registered interstate automatic forfeiture decision is taken to be an Note 2 A registered interstate forfeiture order is taken to be a forfeiture order (2) However, this division does not affect any right of a person to sell an interest in the property that has not been forfeited if the property is not subject to an order under this division.
