107 Meaning of interested person in pt 9 interested person, in relation to property, means— (a) a person who has an interest in the property; or (b) the DPP; or (c) if a trustee (including the public trustee and guardian) controls the property—the trustee; or (d) if the property has been forfeited—a person who had an interest in the property immediately before it was forfeited.
