98AExamination notice

98A Examination notice (1) Subject to subsection (2), a relevant person may give to a person who is the subject of an order for examination under section 98(2) or (2B) a written notice requiring the person to produce at the examination the information or documents specified in the notice. (2) An examination notice must— (b) require the person to produce the information or documents specified in the notice at the examination; and (c) specify the time and place of the examination; and (d) specify any other prescribed matters. ***relevant person*** has the same meaning as it has in section 98.
