87 Application of Magistrates' Court Act 1989 Except to the extent that a contrary intention appears in this Part, the rules to be observed with respect to search warrants mentioned in the **Magistrates' Court Act 1989** extend and apply to warrants under this Part. S. 88 amended by Nos 63/2003 s. 22(2), 44/2022 s. 13(1)(2) (ILA s. 39B(1)).
