85 Use of force A person authorised to search premises under a search warrant may, if it is reasonably necessary to do so, break open any receptacle in or on the premises for the purposes of that search. S. 86 amended by Nos 63/2003 s. 22(1), 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 25.11).
