82 Record of proceedings for warrant S. 82(1) amended by No. 63/2003 s. 20(4). (1) A magistrate or judge who issues a search warrant or a seizure warrant must cause a record to be made of all relevant particulars of the grounds he or she has relied on to justify the issue of the warrant. (2) The magistrate or judge may decline to record any matter that might disclose the identity of a person if the magistrate or judge believes on reasonable grounds that to do so might jeopardise the safety of any person.
