71 Court may give directions A court has power to give all directions that are necessary to give effect to a pecuniary penalty order made by it and may, if it is satisfied on reasonable grounds that any directions have not been, or would not be, complied with, make an order directing a person specified in the order to take control of property on which there is a charge created by section 72(1) or (2).
