44A Certificate of disposal (1) The Minister or a person prescribed for the purposes of section 44(1) may issue a certificate certifying that specified property has been disposed of in accordance with section 44. (2) A certificate issued under subsection (1)— (a) is admissible in evidence in proceedings under this Act; and (b) in the absence of evidence to the contrary, is proof that the property has been disposed of in accordance with section 44. S. 45 (Heading) inserted by No. 55/2014 s. 16(1).
