43 Court may give directions
A court has power to give all directions that are necessary to give effect to a forfeiture order or a civil forfeiture order made by it or to automatic forfeiture or unexplained wealth forfeiture and may, if it is satisfied on reasonable grounds that any directions have not been, or would not be, complied with, make an order directing a person specified in the order to take control of the forfeited property, or a specified part of the forfeited property.
