40X Setting aside of unexplained wealth restraining order On the application of the applicant for an unexplained wealth restraining order, the court that made the unexplained wealth restraining order may make an order setting aside the unexplained wealth restraining order if satisfied that the unexplained wealth restraining order is no longer required or appropriate.
