36R Offences S. 36R(1) amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 25.8). (1) A person who is given a notice under section 36O must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to give the declaration of property interests required by that notice to a police officer within 14 days after the notice is given to the person. (3) A person who is given a notice under section 36O must not make a statement in the declaration of property interests required by that notice that is false or misleading in a material particular.
