36E Hearing of application (1) An application under section 36B must not be heard until all charges for Schedule 2 offences against the accused have been finally determined. (2) In subsection (1)— ***Schedule 2 offence*** means the Schedule 2 offence in relation to which the restraining order was made or a related offence that is a Schedule 2 offence.
