36C Notice of application (1) The applicant must give written notice of an application under section 36B to— (a) the accused, unless the accused has absconded; and (b) the applicant under section 20 for an exclusion order under section 22; and (c) any other person who the applicant has reason to believe has an interest in the restrained property. (2) The court may, at any time before the final determination of the application, require the applicant to give notice of the application to any person, in any manner and within any time that the court thinks fit.
