36A Interpretation (1) For the purposes of this Division, property is not available for forfeiture if the accused does not have an interest in the property. (2) In this Division— ***applicant*** means a person who under section 16(2) may apply for a restraining order in relation to a Schedule 2 offence. S. 36B inserted by No. 68/2010 s. 19.
