34A Interpretation S. 34A(1) amended by No. 68/2009 s. 97(Sch. item 23.24). (1) For the purposes of this Division, property is not available for forfeiture if the accused does not have an interest in the property. (2) In this Division— ***applicant*** means a person who may apply for— (a) a forfeiture order; or (b) a restraining order for the purposes of forfeiture. S. 34B inserted by No. 63/2003 s. 12.
