19A Notice requiring declaration of property interests S. 19A(1) amended by No. 37/2014 s. 10(Sch. item 25.3). (1) If a restraining order is made in respect of property, a police officer must give a notice to each person who the applicant for the restraining order believes has an interest in that property requiring the person to give to the police officer a written declaration of property interests. (b) state the effect of section 19C. S. 19B inserted by No. 63/2003 s. 8.
