193 Further transitional—Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019 (1) On the commencement of section 82 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019**, this Act applies to an offence specified in item 3A of Schedule 1, whether that offence is alleged to have been committed before or after that commencement. (2) On the commencement of section 83 of the **Justice Legislation Amendment (Police and Other Matters) Act 2019**, this Act applies to an offence specified in clause 11, 12 or 13 of Schedule 2, whether that offence is alleged to have been committed before or after that commencement.
