162 Confiscation (Amendment) Act 2003—disposal orders transitional provision Part 10, as amended by sections 16 and 17 of the **Confiscation (Amendment) Act 2003**, applies with respect to any forfeiture offence of which a person is convicted after the commencement of those sections, irrespective of when the offence is alleged to have been committed.
