118L Immunity from suit No civil proceeding lies against— (a) a financial institution; or (b) a person who is an officer, employee or agent of that financial institution acting in the course of that person's duties as an officer, employee or agent— in relation to any action taken or information given by the institution or person in compliance with an information notice.
