9 Appointment
(1) The CEO is to be appointed by the Minister by written instrument, on a full‑time basis. (2) Before making an appointment, the Minister must consult the Defence Minister. (3) The appointment of a person as CEO is not invalid merely because of a defect or irregularity in connection with the person’s appointment.
