25 Delegation by the CEO

(1) The CEO may delegate, in writing, the CEO’s function and/or all or any of the CEO’s powers under this Act or any other law of the Commonwealth to an SES employee or acting SES employee in ComSuper. (2) In performing the function or exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any written directions of the CEO.
