24 Annual report

The annual report prepared by the CEO and given to the Minister under section 46 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 for a period must include: (a) particulars of any directions given to the CEO by CSC during the period; and (b) the impact of the directions on the performance of the CEO’s function.
