63 Director of Office
(1) The designation must also designate the holder of a particular position within the agency or unit as the Director of the Office. (2) The Director may be referred to by another title specified by the Minister by notice in the Gazette. The notice may be included in the copy of the designation published in the Gazette or published separately in the Gazette.
