54 Maintaining facilities
(1) The Minister may, at any time, carry out maintenance of a Treaty monitoring facility. (2) The Minister may do anything necessary or desirable for the purpose of doing so, including entering on, and occupying, land. (3) This section does not, by implication, limit section 51.
