52 Inspecting land
For the purpose of determining: (a) whether any facility should be declared to be a Treaty monitoring facility; or (b) whether any premises would be a suitable site for a Treaty monitoring facility; the Minister may: (c) enter on, and inspect, any land; and (d) inspect any facility on the land; and (e) do anything on the land, or to the facility, that is necessary or desirable for that purpose.
