51 Authorisation to gain access to facilities
The Minister may, in writing, authorise any person: (a) to gain access to a Treaty monitoring facility; or (b) to do any thing on, in or in relation to a Treaty monitoring facility; on such conditions as the Minister determines, if the Minister considers the authorisation necessary or desirable in order to give effect to Australia’s obligations under the Treaty.
