22 Clarification inspection warrants
(1) A national inspector may apply to a magistrate for a clarification inspection warrant in relation to premises in a clarification inspection area. (2) A magistrate may issue a clarification inspection warrant in relation to the premises if the magistrate is satisfied, by information on oath or affirmation, that it is reasonably necessary to carry out a clarification inspection on the premises for the purpose of helping to clarify the matter mentioned in section 16.
