#### 88A Offence of victimisation A person must not cause, or threaten to cause, detriment to another person (the victim) on the ground that the victim, or any other person: (a) has made or might make a complaint under this Act; or (b) has given or might give a document or other information to a person under this Act. Penalty: Imprisonment for 6 months.
