#### 88 AFP appointee to give name and address of place of duty on request An AFP appointee who is requested by a person to furnish to the person his or her name or the address of his or her place of duty, or both, and is informed by the person, either expressly or by necessary implication, that the person is complaining, or proposes to complain, concerning action taken by that appointee: (a) shall not refuse or fail to comply with the request; (b) shall not furnish to the person a false name; and (c) shall not furnish to the person as the address of his or her place of duty an address other than the full and correct address of his or her ordinary place of duty. Penalty: 5 penalty units.
