#### 86 Annual Report (1) The President shall, as soon as practicable after 30 June in each year, submit to the Minister a report of the operations of the Disciplinary Tribunal during that year. (2) The Minister shall cause the report to be laid before each House of the Parliament within 15 sitting days of that House after its receipt by the Minister. (3) The first report under this section shall be submitted as soon as practicable after 30 June first occurring after the date of commencement of this Act and shall relate to the operations of the Disciplinary Tribunal during the period that commenced on that date and ended on that 30 June.
