78Interpretation

#### 78 Interpretation In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears: (a) a reference to a proceeding before the Disciplinary Tribunal shall be construed as not including a reference to a proceeding by way of inquiry under section 70; (b) a reference to a question of law shall be construed as including a reference to the question whether there was sufficient evidence to justify a finding of fact by the Tribunal; and (c) a reference to the Court shall be construed as a reference to the Federal Court of Australia.
