#### 72 Amendment of defect or error in proceeding (1) At any stage in a proceeding before the Disciplinary Tribunal, the Tribunal may, on such terms as are just, make such amendment as it thinks necessary to correct any defect or error in the proceedings. (2) All necessary amendments shall be made for the purpose of determining the real questions in controversy or otherwise depending on the proceeding.
